What ingredients do you use?

We use botanicals and naturally derived ingredients — clean enough for the ones you'd do anything for. Our products are phthalate-free and paraben-free. Every product is crafted in small batches in Pennsylvania with quality and transparency at the forefront.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are designed with clean, recognizable ingredients. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in Pennsylvania, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 25+ countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please allow 7–21 business days for international delivery.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind everything we make. If you're not happy with your order for any reason — a scent that wasn't for you, a product that didn't perform the way you hoped, or anything else — email us at info@jaskbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Depending on the situation, that could mean a replacement, an exchange for a different scent, or a refund. Because our products are personal care items, we don't require you to ship used products back to us for hygiene and safety reasons.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. For US orders, shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 — or free on orders over $35. Domestic delivery generally ranges from 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?

We use a mix, depending on the scent — some bars are scented with essential oils, others with fragrance oils. Every fragrance oil we use is phthalate-free and paraben-free, sourced from suppliers who provide documentation to back that up. If you're ever curious about a specific product, just ask — we're happy to share exactly what's in it.
